The Town of Cape Vincent Planning Board will hold a Public Hearing on Wednesday, January 14, at 7 p.m. at Recreation Park on So. James Street, Cape Vincent, to consider the application of Walt Steciw.
The applicant is requesting approval for a minor subdivision to divide a 6.97-acre into three lots at 3350 Bedford Corners Road, Cape Vincent (Tax Map#: 59.12-1-59).

on Monday, February 2, 2026 at 6:00 p.m. at Recreation Park on So. James Street,
Cape Vincent, to consider the application of Sam Costanza.
Mr. Costanza is requesting 5’ side and front setbacks area variance from section
3.3, paragraph 2, table 3 at 33723 Carleton Dr., Cape Vincent (Tax Map #: 40.09-
1-71).
