Notice of Public Hearing
The Town of Cape Vincent Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a Public Hearing
on Monday, October 5, 2026 at 6:00 p.m. at Recreation Park on So. James Street,
Cape Vincent, to consider the application of Michael Grant.
Mr. Grant is requesting a 9 foot side variance and 31 foot front variance from
section 3.4, paragraph 2, table 4 at 2867 NY State Route 12E, Cape Vincent (Tax
Map #: 49.00-1-8.3).
