The Town of Cape Vincent Planning Board will hold a Public Hearing on Wednesday, August 12, 2026, at 7 p.m. at Recreation Park on So. James Street, Cape Vincent, to consider the application of Stephen & Deborah Geibel.
The applicant is requesting approval for a minor subdivision to divide a 1.61-acre lot into 2 lots of .85 and .75-acres on Shady Shores Road, Cape Vincent (Tax Map#: 30.09-1-65).

The applicant is requesting approval for a Site Plan Review to build 2 storage buildings with gravel parking/drive land surround on County Route 4, Cape Vincent (Tax Map#: 41.00-1-25.4).
