The Town of Cape Vincent Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a Public Hearing on Monday, November 2, 2026 at 6:00 p.m. at Recreation Park on So. James Street, Cape Vincent, to consider the application of Richard Jacobson.

Mr. Jacobson is requesting a 13 foot front variance from section 3.3, paragraph 2, table 3 at 32933 Wapen Lane, Cape Vincent  (Tax Map #: 39.16-1-11).

Notice of Public Hearing on Preliminary Budget Notice is hereby given that the Preliminary Budget of the Town of Cape Vincent for the year beginning January 1, 2027 has been completed and filed in the office of the Town Clerk of Cape Vincent where it is available for inspection by any interested person during regular business hours.

Further notice is hereby given that the Town Board of the Town of Cape Vincent will hold a public hearing on the Preliminary 2027 Town Budget, with a special meeting to immediately follow, at the Recreation Park Building, 602 S James Street, Cape Vincent at 6:00pm on the 5^th day of November 2026; and at such hearing any person may be heard in favor of or against any item or items therein contained.

Pursuant to Section 113 of the Town Law the Proposed salaries of the following Town Officers are specified as follows:

Supervisor                                          $20,000.00

Town Clerk/Tax Collector              $49,875.00

Councilman (4) each                       $3,720.75

Town Justice (2) each                     $14,806.00

Superintendent of Highway         $76,735.00

Public Hearing Notice

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Town Board of the Town of Cape Vincent has scheduled a public hearing with a Special Board Meeting set to immediately follow, on November 5, 2026 at 6:00 pm in the Recreation Park Building located at 602 S. James Street, Cape Vincent, New York 13618. The purpose of this public hearing is regarding the extension of Water District #7 to include Property Tax ID 59.12-1-62.1. All persons wishing to be heard on this issue should be present at the date, time and place as stated or have submitted written comments in advance. Any persons requiring special accommodations to attend the meeting and participate should notify the Town Clerk at least three (3) business days prior to the date and time of the public hearing.
