Notice of Public Hearing
The Town of Cape Vincent Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a Public Hearing on Monday, May 4, 2026 at 6:00 p.m. at Recreation Park on So. James Street, Cape Vincent, to consider the application of The Grindstone Group, LLC.
The Grindstone Group, LLC is requesting the following variances of 7 foot front and 20’ side setbacks from section 3.4, paragraph 2, table 4 at 2803 Grant Road, Cape Vincent (Tax Map #: 49.00-1-6.2).
