Notice of Public Hearing

The Town of Cape Vincent Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a Public Hearing on Monday, August 3, 2026 at 6:00 p.m. at Recreation Park on So. James Street, Cape Vincent, to consider the application of John Carr.

Mr. Carr  is requesting a 10 foot side variance  from section 3.3, paragraph 2, table 3 at 33299 State Route 12E, Cape Vincent  (Tax Map #: 40.09-1-2.2).
